Jennifer Kohlhepp recognized for her teamwork and client solutions
PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J.—December 17, 2019—CMA, a full-service communications, marketing and association management firm, announced today that Jennifer Kohlhepp, managing editor, has been named Crew Star for the fourth quarter. The award recognizes a team member each quarter for his or her dedication to the company’s core values, while spreading these positive principles to the team.
Kohlhepp, who joined CMA four years ago, was recognized for her passion, teamwork and out-of-the-box solutions for the publications she manages on behalf of her clients. They include New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA), International Card Manufacturers Association and The IMARK Group. IMARK NOW magazine recently won several awards from NJ Ad Club and NJCAMA. Association Trends designated NJSNA Nurses Weekly the best weekly publication in the nation, for two consecutive years.
“Jennifer is a two-time Crew Star award winner because she works to consistently deliver exceptional client results and delight,” said Jeffrey Barnhart, CEO and founder of CMA. “Despite her quiet demeanor, her attention to the clients’ needs speaks volumes.”
With this award, Kohlhepp will receive a reserved parking spot in the employee lot, lunch with CMA’s executive team, a pre-paid gift card and a prominently displayed headshot in the CMA lobby with past Crew Star winners.
