CMA Promotes Three Employees, Continues Commitment to Economic Growth

Award-Winning Marketing & Communications Firm Recognizes Top Performers

PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J.—Aug. 18, 2016— Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), a full-service, award-winning strategic marketing and integrated communications firm, announces the promotion of three employees who will take on expanded roles within the company.

Kenneth Hitchner, of Somerset, will become public relations and social media director. Anna Cifelli, of Ewing, will assume the position of account executive and Grace Kim, of Princeton, will become project manager.

Hitchner focuses on strategic plans, key messaging and developing new products and processes for the public relations and social media team. “Ken consistently takes on new projects and delivers outstanding results,” said Christian Amato, CMA’s chief operating officer. “We fully expect that our PR and Social Media department initiatives will continue to grow under his guidance.”

In Cifelli’s new role, she takes on a greater level of responsibility in leading strategic initiatives for national and international clients. “Anna’s drive and client passion have led her to naturally assume greater responsibility for some of our largest clients,” Amato said. “She has grown tremendously over the past three years and excels at working with executives to produce desired results.”

Kim’s expanded role means she will assume more responsibility for client projects, while also setting strategic objectives and managing budgets. “Grace has demonstrated a high level of performance on her existing client accounts and it was apparent that she was ready to take on greater responsibilities here at CMA,” Amato said.
