PRINCETON AND PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. – April 18, 2018 – The Princeton-Mercer Convention and Visitors Bureau (PMCVB) and Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), an award-winning, full service marketing agency, announced today that they will be partnering on an initiative to enhance digital advertising and networking opportunities for the PMCVB. The partnership will further assist the PMCVB in creating additional visibility and drawing more attention to the region. PMCVB is a destination marketing organization that creates strategic alliances to drive tourism and increase economic growth and impact for the Princeton-Mercer Region.
Specifically, the digital marketing initiatives will create awareness of the PMCVB and the services it offers, increase the interest level in the Greater Princeton-Mercer Region as a destination for leisure travel, as well as raise the interest level in the Greater Princeton Region as a destination for business meetings and conventions. The campaign will include advertising and local networking events with the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce (PRCC), a membership organization committed to promoting business growth in the Princeton-Mercer Region. The targeted prospective advertisers will be within the PMCVB’s 17 municipality areas*, across numerous industries including restaurants, hotels, spas and salons, theaters, apparel stores and more.
“The Princeton-Mercer Convention and Visitors Bureau is partnering with Creative Marketing Alliance on this project because of its expertise in advertising and tourism, as well as its extensive business connections in the Mercer County area,” said Kate Stevens, managing director of the PMCVB. “This will assist the Princeton-Mercer Convention and Visitors Bureau in expanding its networking connections and achieving its marketing goals, which in turn will benefit Mercer County by generating more revenue to the area.”
The campaign will be two-fold. First, CMA will develop marketing materials to support in digital advertising sales. The second part of the strategy will include outbound marketing tactics, as well as networking approaches at PRCC events to secure advertising.
“The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce is excited to be partnering with Creative Marketing Alliance on such an important program for the Princeton-Mercer Convention and Visitors Bureau,” said Peter Crowley, president and CEO of the PRCC. “The campaign goals are consistent with the Chamber’s mission, which is to promote an environment for business growth by encouraging economic development efforts that strengthen the Princeton area’s reputation.”
“CMA is elated to be collaborating with organizations that are so vital to the Greater Princeton-Mercer Region,” said Jeffrey Barnhart, president and CEO of CMA, which has provided companies with strategic marketing solutions for more than 30 years. “At CMA, our local community is a central part of who we are.
