In 1987, Jeff founded Creative Marketing Alliance to help other companies grow and achieve their goals through strategic marketing and integrated communications. Jeff has led the agency through 37 years of success by providing expert guidance to organizations of all sizes and industry backgrounds across the globe.

Christian Amato

President

As an innovative business professional with more than 20 years of experience, Christian leads the strategic direction of CMA focusing on growth, opportunities, and client results. In his role as president, Christian is shaping the company’s overall business vision, analyzing expansion opportunities, and delivering growth.

Kelsey Tweedly

VP of Business Integration

In her role, Kelsey ensures our clients and employees transition into CMA seamlessly and are set up for ongoing success. She manages our company’s strategy and works closely with the leadership team to promote CMA. Internally, Kelsey is the champion for our crew and leads all initiatives that align with the CMA culture.

Bernita Potts

Human Resources Manager

Bernita is responsible for recruitment, orientation and retention of staff. She also is accountable for payroll and benefits administration, facility and performance management, and employee relations.

As CMA’s Senior Client Director, she spearheads the execution of strategic vision, overseeing operations and services teams to ensure seamless alignment with organizational goals.
