Bernita is responsible for recruitment, orientation and retention of staff. She also is accountable for payroll and benefits administration, facility and performance management, and employee relations.
Brag time – Serving dual roles in human resources and finance, Bernita has more than 25 years of experience in these areas. Most recently, she was the credit administrator at a local HVAC company, founded in 1929. Prior this position, Bernita supported the Vice President of Finance and employees at an international reproductive technology corporation, with U.S. locations in New Jersey and Virginia.
