This request will be reviewed to determine whether the proposed AI use case, platform, and data handling practices are appropriate and approved for business use.

Additional information may be requested before approval and access is granted.

Important Notice Regarding AI Use for CMA

Until this request has been reviewed and formally approved by Executive Leadership for use, employees must not enter, upload, copy, paste, summarize, analyze, or otherwise disclose any confidential client information, CMA proprietary information, internal business information, employee information, financial information, or other sensitive data into open, public, free, trial-based, or personal AI platforms.

Only approved AI tools and approved use cases may be used for CMA business purposes. Employees are responsible for ensuring that all AI use complies with CMA policies, client confidentiality obligations, data privacy requirements, and applicable security standards.
