Vein Specialist Centers wanted more brand awareness to increase patient appointments and revenue. The physician-owned medical practice, which has New Jersey offices in Clifton, Freehold, Mt. Laurel, Paramus, Princeton, Springfield, Wayne and Woodbridge, as well as New York offices in Great Neck and New York City, specializes in minimally invasive therapies that produce pain-free, immediate, life-changing outcomes for active patients who suffer from disorders that include spider veins, varicose veins, restless leg syndrome, deep thrombosis and pelvic venous congestion.
Solutions
CMA launched a digital marketing campaign that included SEO and digital ads through Google ads and Microsoft Bing ads. The in-house digital marketing team developed an A/B testing program that was initiated during the winter months, when business is traditionally slower. As a result, the more successful Google ads were selected and ran during the summer months. From a SEO perspective, CMA used high-value keywords used by target audiences on-page, as well as optimizing for desired geographic regions. CMA also added more external links by leveraging a blogging campaign on higher-valued, third-party websites to bolster its off-page results.
RESULTS
During a 12-month campaign, CMA launched SEO and Google ad campaigns that increased patient appointments for a physician-owned medical practice in an extremely competitive region.
