PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J.—January 22, 2020 —CMA, a full-service communications, marketing and association management firm, welcomes Donna Latham as its marketing sales coordinator. Along with supporting the business development team, Latham is accountable for lead generation and advertising sales. Her responsibilities include new business sourcing, plus evaluating opportunities on multiple platforms such as websites, social media, paid subscriptions and at networking events.
Latham has more than 20 years of experience in business development, advertising sales, client services and event marketing. As the Vice President of Sales for the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce (now Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber), Latham managed event sales sponsorships. She also led customer relationship management, which consisted of membership recruitment and retention. Additionally, she executed digital and print marketing campaigns and initiated an event marketing program, which resulted in an increase in memberships.
Prior to that, Latham was a corporate business development manager for Hamilton Jewelers Company. She developed new business strategies and conceptualized yearly recognition and incentive programs for B2B clients. They included Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb, Gulfstream Aerospace, General Motors, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, Otsuka, and PWC.
Earlier in her career, Latham oversaw all departmental, non-traditional revenue advertising programs for Nassau Broadcasting. She also managed its event marketing, which included budgeting, selling and ROI program analysis.
Latham has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Minnesota.
