Roland Michael Pinto To Lead New Directives for Business Growth
PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. – January 16, 2018 – CMA Association Management (CMA), an award-winning, full service association management company with a strategic marketing division, announced today Roland Michael Pinto as its director of operations.
Pinto, of Fairless Hills, PA, leads the CMA Association Management business unit to identify and target areas for operational enhancement and employee productivity. He also implements new directives for business growth, efficiency and profitability.

Pinto is a strategic professional with expertise in operations management, non-profit management, marketing and project management. In his most recent role, Pinto provided financial analytic consulting for non-profit organizational fundraising management, fiscal management and development/operational strategic planning. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pinto was the Chief Operations Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer for a nonprofit organization.
He has earned an MBA from Strayer University, which focused on fiscal management and operations. He also holds a BA in marketing from Rutgers University.
