Acquisition enhances client offerings and expands business footprints
PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. – July 9, 2019 – CMA, a full-service communications, marketing and association management firm, announced today it has acquired Princeton-based Weblications LLC. Weblications will operate as a stand-alone subsidiary of CMA. The acquisition enhances each company’s client offerings and expands their business footprints.
Weblications is an Internet marketing firm that has been in business for more than 24 years. Its services include website and app design, social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, content management, e-commerce integration, and hosting services. Bob Weber, former owner of Weblications, will continue as the President and lead his group. He will report to Christian Amato, president of CMA.
